DNP Imagingcomm Asia (DNP IAS hereafter) does not take any responsibility in accuracy, completeness, effectiveness of the information posted on this community. Information or opinion posted by DNP IAS employee are not always those of DNP IAS as a company. DNP IAS does not take responsibility to the content (movie, photo, comment) posted by users and users’ postings are not the information or opinion from DNP IAS. 2. Prohibited Matter and Content Deletion Policy

DNP IAS prohibit following activities by users and has rights to delete content or comment or take other action without advance notice to customer if we find or foresee such cases.

1. Posting and content in related or considered to be related with illegal or criminal cases.
2. Immoral, sexual or discriminatory posting or content.
3. Inappropriate religious content.
4. Blaming or offensive content or message.
5. Personal Information that infringe or is considered to infringe privacy of individual.
6. Information that infringe or is considered to infringe rights of individual, party or company.
7. Confidential information or information that is considered as confidential.
8. Comments with too much offensive and inappropriate words.
9. Content not related with this community.
10. Unauthorized advertisement and commercial content.
11. Content violating SNS policy and user guideline.
12. Fake news or information that is considered as fake news.
13. Spoofing or considered as spoofed information.
14. Falsified or consider as falsified information.
15. Hacking or illegal access and trial to access to DNP IAS SNS accounts or our official website.
16. Password mining.
17. Illegal access to or trial to modify and falsify the content posted by DNP IAS or other users.
18. Unauthorized uploading of software or posting with link to download software.
19. Posting or sending of harmful software or program.
20. Posting or uploading of content that causes slow down or damage in viewing of pages.
21. Activity to acquire backyard information that belongs to DNP IAS such as access count, SNS analysis.
22. Copy or creation of similar account.
23. Any other activity that DNP IAS considered as harmful.

3. Handling or personal information

DNP IAS does not acquire personal information from its official SNS accounts.

4. Handling of Intellectual Property Right

Intellectual property rights of all information, content and comments posted by users belong to users. Users are
confirmed as accepted DNP IAS to publish, copy or use those contents without permission and as agreed not to request
DNP IAS for compensation or payment. Users are not allowed to use, copy or publish the information obtained from this
community other than personal use stipulated in local and international law. Users shall not infringe intellectual
property, image right, copy right and reputation of right holders, DNP IAS and its employee. All the content posted by
users must follow the local and international law of intellectual property right. DNP IAS will not take any responsibility in
the infringement of intellectual property right posted by uses.

5. Update of Community Guideline

DNP IAS may update Community Guideline without advance notice. DNP IAS and users shall follow the latest update
posted on this community.

6. Governing Law, Jurisdiction

If there is any doubt about the interpretation of this community guideline or matters not stipulated in this community
guideline, or if a dispute arises between the user of this page and our company, we shall resolve it in good faith and in
good faith. If a proceeding becomes necessary, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional
court of the first instance.
